Lunar Eclipse

This is the first time in my recolection that I've ever seen a lunar eclipse. Living in Oregon it's either too cold or too cloudy to see them when they happen. My kids were impressed for a time before they thought it was more fun to go inside and play Leapster games. My camera and I braved the cold though and this is what we came back with. Enjoy.

Thanks!! I had better luck with the middle and end pictures than I did the beginning of it. Partly because of the setting I had the camera on to begin with. I used the tripod and timer also to eliminate the shaking factor. That helped a bunch!! :)

I had the same experience. I downloaded my first ones and saw that the shorter exposure time was better so made adjustments and took some more. I have a remote control that works awesome. That and a tripod are a must for low light shots. This is fun stuff, huh?
